Valérie Duplat is an Associate Professor of Strategy at the Vrije Universiteit (VU) Amsterdam. Prior to joining VU, she was a faculty member at EDHEC Business School in France. Valérie obtained her Ph.D. in Strategic Management from the Catholic University of Louvain, Belgium. In December 2023, she was appointed Associate Editor for Business Strategy & Organizational Theory for the European Management Journal.  
She has served as the bachelor and master thesis coordinator in strategy and organization since 2016. Valérie is also the coordinator of the Minor Program “New Ways of Doing Business” in Business Administration.
